Q: What is the weight and size of The Difficult Airway Box?
A: The Complete DAB fully equipped weighs approximately 17lbs (7.7 Kg) and the dimensions are 20-5/8"L X 16-7/8"W X 8-1/8"D. The Adult DAB weighs approximately 13 Lbs (5.9 Kg) and the dimensions are 18-1/2"L X 14-1/16"W X 6-15/16"D
Q: Can I order any of the products individually?
A: At this time we sell only complete airway boxes, but we can customize any Difficult Airway Box to meet your exact specifications.
Q: How do I restock the Difficult Airway Box?
Do I need to re-order the entire kit?
A: Restock is on an individual item basis. You only need to order the individual item you need. Reordering may be done via phone, fax or email. The kit also contains an inventory check list which will facilitate the process.
Q: How do I learn how to use each device?
A: Each airway device comes with its original packaging and instruction manual. We also provide our own quick reference cards for easier use.
The reference cards are not to replace continuous medical education which is necessary to maintain proficiency with the airway devices contained in the DAB. The Difficult Airway Company recommends formal training and endorses the following airway course:

Q: Can any of the products be reused?
A: The majority of the products are disposable and are single use devices. The Jet Ventilator and gauge can be reused after proper cleaning and disinfection. The user manuals contain complete cleaning recommendations for this device.
